How are your products made?

The stickers are designed by me. I get my sticker designs printed through Custom Stickers. Their quality is amazing and I'm able to keep my prices down. I'll ship out your stickers as fast as I can after you place your order. Designed in McCall, ID by me - a real life graphic designer having some fun!

Shipping/Receiving Question?

The stickers are sent through First Class mail with a tracking number. I'll ship them out as soon as I'm able - usually same day. If I'm unable to get to a printer, I'll send out with a First Class stamp. All overseas orders are sent out with an International First Class Forever stamp. If your item is lost in the mail or you have other shipping concerns with your order, please follow these steps on this page: www.etsy.com/etsy-purchase-protection If you have any questions about your shipment, please message me through the app.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

Oops! Things happen. I'm sorry if the product you ordered isn't perfect. To help me resolve this for you quickly, please email me at liz@greencatdzine.com or message me through the app with photos of the damaged sticker, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. I’ll get be happy to ship you another sticker to replace it ASAP!

What’s your return policy?

If you'd like to return your stickers, please reach out to me at liz@greencatdzine.com. I'll happily refund the money once the undamaged stickers have been returned to me.

Do you offer refunds?

I'll replace damaged stickers. In rare cases, I'll offer a refund once the stickers have been returned to me.

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?

At this time, I don't offer exchanges.

Do you have a wholesale pricing?

Yes! Wholesale pricing available for individual sticker orders over 20. All wholesale orders mush be paid through my business (www.greencatdzine.com) to avoid sales tax. Please reach out to me either through the app messenger or email me at liz@greencatdzine.com to discuss.

Where do you get your designs?
