IF AN ORDER IS MARKED “UNDELIVERABLE”:

If the address provided at checkout is incorrect or the carrier is unable to deliver your package, it may be marked “Undeliverable” and returned to me. Once the package arrives back, I’ll be happy to reship it. The buyer is responsible for the cost of the new shipping label. 😊

MY ORDER TRACKING SAYS DELIVERED BUT PACKAGE IS MISSING:

All orders are shipped with a tracking number. If tracking confirms your package was delivered but you can’t locate it, please contact your local post office or carrier and check with neighbors, as they are best able to help locate a delivered package. The Post Office is able to release the GPS coordinates at your request. Because tracking confirms that the order was delivered, a missing package does not qualify for a replacement or refund from my shop.

If tracking stops updating and your order appears to be lost in transit, please allow an additional 7 days in case it is delayed at a sorting facility. The Post Office is additionally able to release the GPS coordinates at your request. If it still hasn’t arrived or tracking hasn’t updated after that time, please contact me. Eligible orders can be resolved through Etsy’s Purchase Protection Program. 😊

IF AN ORDER DOES NOT ARRIVE BY THE EXPECTED DATE:

Delivery dates shown by Etsy are estimates and cannot be guaranteed. I’m responsible for preparing and shipping your order within my stated processing time, but once your package has been accepted by the carrier, transit and delivery times are outside of my control. If your order is delayed, please allow an additional 7 days in case it is held up in transit or at a sorting facility. If tracking stops updating and the package appears to be lost, please see the “If an Order Is Lost” section above.

WRONG OR DAMAGED ITEM:

If your order is incorrect or arrives damaged, please contact me within 5 business days of delivery with a photo or other documentation of the issue. Damage that occurs after delivery due to use, normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or misuse is not considered an arrival issue and does not qualify for a refund or replacement.

GIFT WRAPPING AND GIFT MESSAGES:

I do offer gift messages! 🎁 If you’d like to include a special note, just add it during checkout and I’ll make sure it’s included with your order. I don’t currently offer gift wrapping, but if your order is a gift, feel free to let me know and I’ll make sure to add a little extra care. 😊

PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES:

Because each item is handmade to order, please allow 3–5 business days for me to prepare and ship your order. Bulk orders may require additional processing time. Orders are shipped with tracking and typically arrive within 3–7 business days, depending on the destination. This delivery timeframe is separate from my processing time and does not include weekends or holidays. I’m responsible for shipping your order within my stated processing time. Transit times, weather/holiday delays, routing issues, and other carrier-related delays are outside of my control. Etsy provides ESTIMATED delivery dates at the time of your order. These estimated dates are not guaranteed.

HELP REQUESTS & RESOLVING AN ISSUE:

Different order concerns may require different solutions. Depending on the issue, this may include a replacement, refund, exchange, reshipping, contacting the carrier, or using Etsy Purchase Protection. Please see the FAQ section that applies to your specific situation. For issues that are my responsibility, such as an incorrect item or an item that arrives damaged, please contact me within **5 business days of delivery**. Once we begin working on a resolution, please respond to questions, requested information, or proposed solutions within **7 days** so we can reach an agreement. If I don’t receive a response or we’re unable to agree on a resolution within that time, the matter will be considered closed

SENSORY EXPECTATIONS & PRODUCT LONGEVITY:

Please review all listing details before purchasing. Sensory descriptions (soft, crunchy, firm, bouncy, quiet, etc.) reflect my personal assessment. Individual sensory experiences vary, and no specific feel, sound, or level of satisfaction can be guaranteed. Product longevity also varies depending on frequency, intensity, handling, and care. Frequent or vigorous fidgeting may accelerate wear. As with any frequently handled item, no specific lifespan can be guaranteed. Personal sensory preferences, expectations, or normal wear and tear do not qualify for refunds, replacements, or exchanges when an item arrives as If you receive an incorrect item or something that arrives damaged, please refer to the “Wrong or Damaged Item” section above.

✨ Have you heard of “worry stones”? These little pebbles are smooth and comforting, designed to fit perfectly in your hand. For generations, people have kept them close as small keepsakes — something meaningful to hold, rub, or carry in a pocket. No two are ever quite the same!

Meet the 3 sisters: Daisy, Coco, and Penelope 💕, each with her own personality:

🌼 Daisy is shy and blush-pink, always sweet and gentle.
❤️ Coco wears her heart on her sleeve… well, if she had sleeves.
🎀 Penelope is the fashionista, cool blue with her stylish bow and plenty of charm.

Each sister is sculpted from polymer clay, textured with sprinkles and snacks for a satisfying feel, and finished with a cheerful, one-of-a-kind touch.

WHY YOU WILL LOVE IT

🌿 Handmade with care from polymer clay — each sister has her own unique character
🌈 Choose the color and style (Daisy, Coco, or Penelope) that matches your vibe
🍪 Each pebble friend “eats” your worries and playfully returns them as a snack or coffee ☕
🔤 Personalized by letting me add a beaded strap with your name/word
🔑 Keychain option available so your buddy can travel with you
🖊️ A quiet desk companion when you need something tactile nearby

NOT YOUR TYPICAL WORRY STONE

Unlike plain stones that disappear at the bottom of a bag, these sisters can be made into keychains. Clip to your keys, backpack, or purse so your platypus buddy is always by your side.

HANDMADE, ONE AT A TIME

👐 Because every worry stone is handmade, slight differences in shape, color and other small details are normal and make each piece unique.

HOW TO USE

👆 Keep it in your pocket and rub it whenever you need a moment of pause
🖊️ Place on your desk as a little fidget or cheerful companion while working or studying
🎒 Clip to your bag or keys as a keychain for everyday comfort and style
🎁 Gift one to a friend as a thoughtful keepsake or playful “pocket hug”
