🚀 How Fast Can You Ship?

Our goal is to get you your item as quickly as possible. Since each item is custom made and made to order (we fancy) we typically get your item out of production between 1 -2 (ish) business days. After that standard shipping is between 2 - 5 business days in the US. We're a small business and, unfortunately not "the 'Zon" so getting your order next or same day is not possible. Although we'd love to have his money!

🤷♀️ Can I Really Not Return Anything?!

Ok fine, you caught us. While returns and/or exchanges are not allowed (since everything we make is "made to order" and in many cases personalized) there are *some* exceptions to the rule. If your item arrives damaged or is legit the wrong item (whoops!) we will of course provide you with the correct item. If you're super mad at us we're probably able to refund your money. We're not animals after-all! The point is, if you have an issue with your order just reach out. We're happy to work with you to make things right to the best of our ability! If you just don't want the item, well, you're out of luck in the returns dept. Look, we're trying to put our puppy through college!

🕯 What Are Your Candles Made Of?

Well, look at you not reading our descriptions! Busted! Here's our not-so-secret formula: •100% natural soy wax blend • 100% cotton wick That's it! Oh, and in case you're wondering the wax color is the same across all scents. And we comply with ASTM safety standards. Plus, these beauties are hand-poured in the good old USA (American Rules!) and not by AI robots! Go figure!?

✏️ Can I Personalize Your Products?

Short answer: YES! Currently our brand is focused on creating and selling funny candles and hardcover journals. There is always room for customization based on your needs. You can either fill out the personalization box on the product page and/or shoot us an email and let us know what you need. We're happy to help. We can eve show you a mockup first if you're scared. But don't be! Oh, and if you think you're funnier than us (you most likely are) you can legit create your own candle or journal completely. Just tell us what you want it to say and we'll do it. We're easy like that.

💰 Why Isn't Your Shipping For Free?

Well excuse us! We didn't realize the King of England was ordering from us. All kidding aside, we're a small business and trying our best to keep prices down where we can, while still making a little something for us. In most cases the price you see for shipping is actually much higher. We've eaten the cost (burp) and have settled on as low as we possibly can for the shipping charge. Believe it or not, to ship some items costs upwards of $9.99. Can you believe that?! But we're only charging $5.99 or less. It's like we're doing the Lord's work.

📏 How Big Are These Candles & What's the Burn Time?

Now you're talking like a real candle connoisseur! Here's the details: • Size: 9oz glass jar (2.8″ × 3.5") • Burn Time: 50 - 60 hours They also come with a cool black lid and you can even reuse the jar for something else once the candle is gone. Is this upcycling? We don't know.

🤑 Do You Offer Bulk Discounts?

OMG yes please order 100 of these from us at a time! If you're buying a bunch of these for something like a wedding, birthday, team gifts, work gifts, etc, etc we should be able to discount these for you. Just reach out and ask before you purchase and we'll do all sorts of math and give you a special price. We're not sure what "bulk" means yet, but it's definitely gotta be like 10 or more, right? Maybe 5 or more? Eh, reach out and we'll figure something out.

📦 How are the Candles Packaged & Shipped?

We wrap the candles in a pillow case and throw them to our delivery driver. JOKING! Our candles are shipped in hard cardboard boxes and the packaging is 100% recyclable. Once you open it up to make sure things are a-ok (they should be!) you can even use that box as-is to gift wrap. Well, if it's a gift for someone else. If it's for you, you probably don't have to gift wrap it. But, you know, you should! You deserve it!
