Items Arrived Damaged?

If your order arrives damaged please message me as soon as possible. Attach clear images of: your damaged item the packaging it arrived in your shipping label This will allow me to assess the issue and contact our print and shipping partners. Once this has been looked at we'll offer a resolution of either - a refund, full replacement or another fair solution depending on your situation

Please consider that all my prints are made to order, meaning that I can't accept returns due to change of mind. Make sure you are happy before ordering, thank you! We do however offer refunds or replacements for: printing and quality issues (please note that there may be slight colour variations from what you see on the screen due to differing screen calibrations, not qualifying as a valid fault or reason for return) rare cases where something went wrong on my side Times when refunds are not offered: shipping delays caused by the shipping carrier
