How long does production and shipping take?

All orders are carefully made to order and typically take 1–3 business days to process. Once your item is ready, it will ship via standard shipping, which usually takes 2–5 business days to arrive, depending on your location. Please note that customized or personalized items may take a bit longer to ship if a design proof is requested or if we need to clarify any details with you. We also recommend allowing extra time for delivery during busy holiday seasons. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email confirmation with a tracking number, so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What is your Return & Exchange Policy?

We take pride in our quality! If you receive an item with a printing error or defect, please let us know within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right. You can choose to have your item reprinted or receive a full refund — whichever you prefer. Because every item is made to order, we aren’t able to accept returns or exchanges for any other reason.

What if I provided an incorrect shipping address?

If you notice a mistake in your shipping address, please contact us within 2 hours of placing your order — we’re happy to update it as long as the order hasn’t been processed yet. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll gladly resend it once it’s back in our hands. However, the buyer will be responsible for any reshipment costs, as we are unable to cover those fees.
