Watch band colors and engraving.

We only offer the colors that we have listed and shown in our photos and option choices. Our partners make these watches as is, and cannot make special changes to the watches. The only part that can be changed is the watch face which I design and edit myself. Thank you.

Paying extra to ship faster.

Unfortunately we only offer the ship options that are available at check out. With over 5 years of experience in the print on demand industry with having worked with over 10 partners over that time extra shipping options are hard to come by.

Can I return or exchange my order?

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns or exchanges. We are the artists. Each order is considered specially made by my production partners which means they don't accept any returns or exchanges. Thank you.

DELIVERY TIME:

-PLEASE expect 2-4 business days in production before it is shipped. This could take a little longer during holidays.

-Average delivery time to USA addresses (accept for Alaska and Hawaii) is 8 business days but could be up to 10-12 business days during the holidays.

-Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and other U.S. territory locations not in North America 15 business days.

-To the UK, France, and Germany 7-10 business days.

-To Canada and EU countries 10-13 business days.

-To Australia 12-15 business days.

-Everywhere else 10-15 business days.

If your item is defective or damaged in transit please reach out to me with relevant photos and I will be happy to replace free.

DAMAGE DUE TO IMPROPER USE WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. These are sturdy watches and do not break easy.

If you have any issues with delivery please contact me so I can investigate to find your package. In the event it is lost it’s usually due to address you provided is not complete, or an issue with the delivery service. We will cover your refund through Etsy’s buyer/seller protection program.

Any complaints regarding the item not looking like the picture will need to show proof with multiple photos in different lighting. This is to deter fraudulent claims as we stand by our product 100% matching our photos.
