1. Do you accept custom orders or personalization?

Yes! Most of my mugs can be personalized with names, dates, or special messages. Just include your personalization details in the “Add personalization” box before checkout. If you have a unique request, send me a message and I’ll do my best to create it for you.

2. How long will it take to receive my order?

Processing time: 1–2 business days. Domestic U.S. shipping: Usually 3–5 business days. International shipping: Typically 7–14 business days, depending on customs in your country. Note: Holidays or postal delays may extend shipping times, which are unfortunately out of my control.

3. What happens if my mug arrives broken or damaged?

If your item arrives damaged, don’t worry—I’ll make it right. Please contact me within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. I’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.

4. Can I cancel or return my order?

Cancellations: Accepted within 24 hours of purchase. Returns/Exchanges: Since mugs are made-to-order and personalized, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or with a mistake.

5. How should I care for my mug?

Dishwasher safe (top rack recommended). Microwave safe for heating beverages. Avoid scrubbing with harsh materials to preserve print quality.

6. Do you offer bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes! If you’re looking to order mugs for a business, event, or wedding, message me for bulk pricing and processing times.

7. What if I typed the wrong name or detail in personalization?

Please double-check your personalization before placing the order. If you notice a mistake, contact me within 12 hours of purchase. Once production starts, changes may not be possible.

8. Can I request a custom design not shown in your shop?

Absolutely! If you have a design idea, send me a message. I’d love to work with you to create something special.

9. Are Mugs Lead Free?

Yes! All mugs are lead-free, SGS, FDA & CA Prop 65 approved
