Before I placed my order, the seller confirmed they could print in my provided custom size for their standard price. After I placed the order, they asked for an extra $100 for the size I requested. I refused and agreed to proceed with their standard size, but nothing was ever printed or shipped. I’ve been waiting for 13 days with no result. Very disappointing experience — I do not recommend this seller.
