Giving 5 stars because the customer service experience was so easy and great. I did have a small issue with the color I ordered and it not being as described, and the seller is working on resolving that for future orders. Other than the color issue, I really loved the item and the material of it.

The item didn’t get shipped out on time it was late. When I got in contact with the seller, they said that they would update me. They didn’t know why it was taking this long. They never got back in contact with me. I reached out multiple times with no response when I requested a refund, my order was somehow was ready to go and ready to be shipped out a few hours later. When I received the item, the blanket came with black streaks on the inside of it on the white lining. Over all not impressed with my order.
