Please message us if you are considering ordering a font change or a monogram. We will send you a link from where you can purchase the desired customization

★ PROCESSING TIME AND SHIPPING:
Please allow 1-6 business days for your order to be processed before it's shipped. Shipping typically takes an additional 5 business days, but delivery times may vary depending on your location.

★ RETURNS :
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we cannot accept returns or exchanges. Please carefully review your order information before purchasing. We'll provide a draft for your approval and are always happy to answer any questions you may have or make an additional changes until you are satisfied. However once the draft is approved we won't be able to make any changes.

★ CANCELLATIONS:
We accept cancellations within 1 hour of the purchase. Please note that once the 1-hour window has passed, we will not be able to cancel your order.

★ DRAFTS:
A draft of your custom star map will be sent to you within 24 hours of purchase. You’ll have 24 hours to review and approve the design or request any adjustments. If we do not hear back from you within that 24-hour window, we will proceed with the design as shown in the draft so your order can stay on schedule. Please note that we are not responsible for any errors, changes, or revisions needed after the draft approval period has passed.
