Do I have to pay additional customs duties or taxes?

For USA customers: Our listing prices are inclusive of tariffs, duties, and fees. We use a Delivered Duty Paid, or DDP shipping options. So you won’t need to pay any additional tariffs, duties and fees upon receipt. For the rest world: The buyer is responsible for paying customs duties or taxes. We do not know the legislation on these issues in each country, so if in doubt, check this question before buying. Will our fixtures work with your county’s voltage?

Yes, all our fixtures are 110-240V compatible, so they are working all over the world.

What to do if your package is delayed?

Contact your state mail (for the USA, it is the USPS, Great Britain - Royal Post, France - Le Post, Germany - DHL, etc.). Check the location of the package on their website or over the phone. The track number for this is in your personal Etsy’s account in the orders section. If they cannot help you, please contact us and we will do our best.

Our lamps are dimmable?

Yes, all of our lamps (except nightlights) are dimmable. Just use appropriate lamps and switches.

Will the appearance of the product be as in the photo?

Since most of our products are made to order, the final shape of some products may differ slightly from the photo in the listing (but most likely will not). Shades of real products may differ, as the color on the screen of the gadget depends on the settings of the camera with which the photo was taken, post-processing and screen settings of the gadget itself. Also, small details (such as clamps, clips, cord grips, plugs) may differ slightly in appearance, but not in functionality.

What to do if you brought the goods in a damaged package

Dear buyer, the seller is not responsible and cannot be responsible for the timing and quality of delivery of your order by the postal company. Therefore, if you receive an order in a damaged package, we strongly recommend that you unpack it with a courier or at the post office with a mail worker.
