Where do I download my purchased files?

Your files should be available in the "purchases" section of your Etsy account a few minutes after you have officially purchased it. You will also receive an email with the files. If you need help, shoot me a message!

Where can I print my files at?

You can print at home, a local print shop (Staples, Fedex, Walgreens, etc) or at an online print shop (Shutterfly, CatPrints, Snapfish, etc). If you want the highest quality print, I would recommend using a print shop and selecting a thick, matte paper. However, a printer at home would work just fine, especially if using high quality paper.

Can I request a custom print?

Sure! Click the “request custom order” button on any of my listings or my main shop page. Describe what you want and we’ll go from there!

Can I get a different size or color in this print?

Of course! I offer free size and color customization on all of my prints. To request a custom color or size, simply message me so I can confirm your request before your purchase.

What type of paper should I print on?

For the highest quality, I recommend using regular to heavy (150-250 gsm) matte white card stock. However, please note that many of your most popular printing shops (Walgreens, for example) do not offer many paper options, especially if you’re printing at a large size. Our customers have often printed large sizes at standard places like this and still love the quality, even on poster paper. If you do have paper options available at your printing place, selecting the thickest matte paper will always be best. This is a more costly option, but don’t stress - printing our prints looks great on any type of paper!

Should I print PDF or JPEG?

PDF is your highest quality printing option, and I would recommend using that file. However, each print also comes in JPEG because some print shops do not accept PDF's.

You can print from a home printer, your local printing shop, or an online printing company. Our customers love to print at places like Walgreens, Fedex, Kinkos, and Staples. Online printing shops such as Snapfish.com and Catprint.com are great options for a high quality print as well.

Please keep in mind that due to different monitors, the colors you see on your screen may vary slightly from the actual design. The quality of prints also depends on the printer, paper, and process used. Please message me if you have any questions!
