What is your turnaround time?
3-4 weeks (plus additional days for shipping) currently, but this is subject to change! I'm a one person operation and sometimes things happen, but if they do, I'll reach out and let you know.

What is your return policy?
I accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Unless it's an error in production, you will be responsible for shipping the collar back to me. I no longer offer straight exchanges as I can't always guarantee I'll have the same fabrics and lining options available.

What are your collars made of?
Each collar is made with a core of polypropylene webbing for strength and durability! Fabrics are either 100% cotton, 100% polyester, or a mix. All fabric prints are 100% cotton. recycled canvas prints are polyester. Minky is polyester. Hardware is either nickel or solid brass, depending on the option you choose. All buckles are black plastic.

Abbreviations:
PB - Plastic Buckle
NBS - No Buckle Slide
Mart - Martingale

Collar options that read 'PB Nickel or Brass' mean you get a plastic buckle with a nickel or brass D ring and slide adjuster.

Each collar can be made in 1”, 1.5”, or 2” widths.

WHO IS A MARTINGALE OR LIMITED SLIP COLLAR RIGHT FOR AND HOW DOES IT WORK?

A martingale or limited slip collar is great for dogs who pull on the leash. It works by tightening slightly, but not enough to cause any harm or discomfort. A martingale or limited slip is also a good option for dogs who tend to slip their collars, because if they try to back out of it, it will tighten just enough to keep it from slipping off.

SIZING A MARTINGALE/LIMITED SLIP/NO BUCKLE SLIDE COLLAR:

* Measure the largest part of your dog's head, and the middle of his/her neck.
* If your dog's head is larger than its neck, you will need a size that is large enough to slip comfortably over its head.
* If your dog's neck is larger than his head, then you need a collar that will fit comfortably around its neck. Your dog’s head size will not matter in this case.

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Martingales (Mart), No Buckle Slides (NBS), and Limited Slips (LS) DO NOT COME WITH A BUCKLE. THESE COLLARS MUST FIT OVER YOUR PUP'S HEAD. If you'd like them to include a buckle, please let me know in the personalization box.

I am in the process of updating each listing for the minky lining upgrade. If you want a smooth minky lining you still need to select 'YES' on the dropdown menu for fluffy minky.
They are the same price regardless of minky type.
