How many carats is this coral loose? Care instructions for coral

We list the weight of many coral loose items in grams. You may convert grams to carats as follows: 1 carat = 0.2 grams 1 gram = 5 carats grams ÷ 0.2 = carats Care Instructions for Coral Coral may lose its luster due to acids such as sweat. After use, gently wipe the coral with a soft, dry cloth. We include a small polishing cloth with natural-color precious coral items. Please use the cloth if the coral begins to lose its luster. (Not recommended for color-treated corals.) What is the grading of the pearl? Do you string pearls or add clasps?

Pearl Grading We do not provide pearl grading. In Japan, there is no standardized grading scale such as AAA or AA. We also do not assign ratings for luster or blemishes, as grading can be subjective and interpretations may differ between sellers and buyers. Please refer to the product photos to evaluate luster and surface condition. All photos can be enlarged for closer inspection. Stringing & Clasps We do not offer stringing services or add clasps to pearls. Is the coral natural color or dyed? Is the Akoya pearl natural color or enhanced?

Coral: We label corals as “Natural Color” when they are natural. Dyed bamboo corals are labeled “Colored.” In general, our precious corals are natural color. Akoya Pearls: Almost all Akoya pearls undergo bleaching to remove blemishes, which can affect the original pink overtone of white pearls. Most white Akoya pearls are lightly tinted after bleaching to restore this natural original color. We do not note this tinting in white, cream, or yellow pearls, as it is standard in the pearl industry. Pearls that are not color-enhanced are labeled “Natural Color” . Color-enhanced blue, silver, gray, black, or peacock pearls are labeled “Colored” or “Color treated”.

Import Taxes, Customs Duties, VAT, GST, and U.S. Tariffs

When a package is shipped internationally, it may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or other fees imposed by the destination country. Do you make jewelry, string necklaces or bracelets, or accept custom and personalized orders?

We basically do not string necklaces or bracelets; our items are sold by strands. Our work is limited to simple assembly, such as gluing stud earrings or attaching bails to pendants (mainly silver or gold-plated silver). We do not create jewelry that requires metalwork, such as rings or other custom pieces. We also do not accept custom or personalized orders.

What are your shipping details?

Can you drill a hole or full hole？

Half drilled hole: 1 needle machine used -We can drill a half drilled hole of Φ0.8, 0.9, 1.0, or 1.2mm for coral or pearl beads. -For other coral loose and branches, we can only drill at flat part of them. Full hole: 2 needle machine used (drill from both sides) -We can drill full hole of Φ0.8, 0.9, or 1.0mm for coral and pearl beads. -We can drill only same diameter full hole to already half-drilled coral or pearl beads. (up to Φ1.0mm) -We can drill Φ0.7mm full hole for coral branches that are straight on top part. (Winded branches cannot be set stable to the machine.) -We can not drill full hole to other shaped loose, carvings or carved figures. (They cannot be set stable to the machine.) ●We cannot drill for any other stones.

Do you provide certificates?

We do not provide certificates. However, it is possible to send the item to a gem laboratory to obtain a certificate (lab report) in English for coral, pearls, or gemstones. This process requires additional time and fees (approximately one week). English Laboratory Certificate Fees: • B5 size with cover (213 × 160 mm, folded): US$25.50 • Processing Fee: US$18.00 (The processing fee covers shipping to and from the laboratory, as well as carrier handling and payment fees.) If you would like to request a certificate, please contact us at the time of purchase.
