40th birthday gift for man or woman / 1986 print / music poster / personalised print / number one song print / single

A brilliant 40th birthday gift for a man or woman. This personalised music print shows every number one song for a particular date (e.g. a birthday), beginning with the number one for 1986, the birth year of anyone celebrating their 40th birthday. You tell us the birthday date and we create a music record collection print of the number one single on that date every year since 1986.

◙ Personalised Message:
• we print an extra record that shows the birth date (e.g. 26 March)
• you can include a personalised message of up to 50 characters on this extra record (e.g. Happy 40th Birthday Dad!).
• if you don't want a message, we'll print the day and month of the birth date in the middle of the spine of the extra record
• See the pictures in the gallery for examples

◙ EXPRESS DELIVERY - You can select express delivery (Royal Mail 24 tracked) at checkout. We recommend this if your order is urgent. Standard delivery is Royal Mail 48 tracked.

◙ Available unframed on high quality paper, heavyweight fine art paper, or on high quality canvas. Prints and canvases are printed in and dispatched from the UK.

◙ For orders made where the birth date for age 40 is still in the future, this print shows 40 records (years 1986 to 2025, ages 0 to 39) plus an extra record showing the date and your personalised message. For orders where the birth date for age 40 has already past, this print shows 41 records (years 1986 to 2026, ages 0 to 40) plus an extra record showing the birth date and your personalised message.

◙ PRINTS FOR OTHER BIRTHDAYS This print is designed for 40th birthdays, but can also be used for any birthdays from 38 to 42. If you want a print for a different birthday, there's a full list a bit further down the page.

◙ VERY IMPORTANT NOTE! In very rare circumstances (e.g. where the artist name or song title includes language or a name that many people find offensive), we can print the number one record for the year instead of the number one record for the date. If you'd rather have the actual artist name and song title for the date (including the offensive language in the song title or artist name), please opt to INCLUDE songs with offensive titles and/or artist names.

ABOUT THE PRINTS

The fonts, colours and record spine details are not necessarily the same as the original record releases. The text on each album may appear in upper or lower case text.

Want a size that we don't currently offer? Let us know and we'll usually be able to help.

PAPER PRINTS
• All prints are UNFRAMED
• Prints have a narrow white border with a printed black border around the record spines.
• Prints are available on lustre (satin) paper or premium heavyweight fine art paper. All prints are made with high quality inks for excellent fade resistance and colour reproduction.
• The fine art paper is a lightly textured heavyweight matte photographic paper. The standard paper is a smooth middle-weight lustre photographic paper. Both papers are high quality, but the fine art paper generally shows colours slightly more vividly than the standard paper. We get good reviews for both papers.

CANVAS PRINTS
Canvas prints have dark grey border.
280gsm Matt Canvas
18mm slim pine box frame
Corner wedges and backing tape fitted
Dentate hanger included

FRAMED PRINTS
Sorry, framed prints aren't available from us for these prints, but the print sizes are such that you can find frames online and in suitable high street shops.

PACKAGING
• Prints are packed in sturdy protective cardboard packaging.

If you have any questions, please ask! We'll always try to be helpful!
