Pros:-Owner was very personable & helpful during ordering process. -Owner always responded promptly to any questions. -Arrived undamaged. Cons:-When I ordered the gown, nothing was stated on the website that it was coming from abroad. The site was, from everything mentioned, located in Florida, where I thought it was made. - Once enroute, I received notice, from delivery service [ EMX - APXL ] that I had custom fees to pay, w/product being sent from Pakistan; I had had no prior notice of this. - Gown arrived in a thin, gray plastic mailing bag, not even bubble wrapped, wound up like a ball. - The gown which is pictured as a soft peach color, in person it is dark tangerine color. - Not pressed/ironed Other Etsy reviews allow photos; I have numerous ones for this order, but nothing allows photo submissions.
