Add a touch of vintage elegance to your ensemble with these rhinestone accented sweater guard chain clips. The silver-tone is perfect for any season. The larger disc is one inch in diameter with 8 rhinestones. The smaller disc is .75 inches with 8 rhinestone. They both have a C clasp closures. The connecting chain is 4.5 inches long. Vintage condition. Some rust on the chain. It will dress up any open sweater or cardigan and give it flair! The two-part sweater clip held a cardigan together, so that a sweater could be worn on the shoulders like a cape. It was popular in the 1940-'50s. Skirts and sweater sets were in vogue and ladylike jewelry was very important then. Scatter pins and earrings, charm bracelets and necklaces were worn daily.
