EXCHANGES & RETURNS

We accept Returns, Exchanges and Cancellations.
Please contact us before returning any item.

• Contact us within: 7 days of delivery
• Ship items back within: 7 days of delivery
• Product condition: Shoes must be unused, in original condition, and returned safely. Items that show signs of wear cannot be accepted and will be sent back to the buyer.
• Trying on the product: Shoes must be tried on only on a soft, clean surface to protect the soles and leather.
• Return method: Please use registered shipping with a tracking number. Avoid courier services, as they often result in unexpected customs fees.
• We kindly ask you to share the tracking number for your protection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION ON RETURNS & EXCHANGES

• If you request a refund after your order has been shipped, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. This applies to both paid shipping and free shipping promotions, as shipping costs are paid directly to the carrier and are not retained by us.
• Any import duties, taxes or customs charges applied when the returned package re-enters Greece will be deducted from your refund.
• For exchanges, buyers are responsible for both the return shipping cost and the shipping cost of the replacement order.
• Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
• For orders containing two or more pairs, at least one pair from EACH different shoe design ordered must be kept. If multiple sizes or variations of the same design are purchased, at least one pair of that specific design must be kept. Customers may not order multiple pairs or sizes for fitting purposes and return all pairs of a particular design, as every pair in my shop is individually handmade and MADE TO ORDER specifically for each customer.

NON-REFUNDABLE ITEMS

• Custom orders are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Custom shoes include any modification in design, size, width, color, or material.
• Sizes 42, 43 and above are made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Items with a 50% discount or more are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
• Orders the buyer refuses to accept are not eligible for a refund.
• Intimate items (tiaras, headbands, Stefana crowns) cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

PROCESSING & SHIPPING

• We ship worldwide from Athens, Greece using FedEx, DHL Express, and the Hellenic Post (ELTA) for locations where express couriers are unavailable or restricted.
• Please include your phone number at checkout (required by the carrier).
• Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor your delivery.
• DHL does not deliver to Russia. Orders to Russia will be shipped via Hellenic Post Priority Registered Airmail (8–15 business days).
• All shoes are handmade to order and require approximately 5–10 days for production.

PLEASE NOTE:

• Orders are shipped to the address on your Etsy account — please ensure it is correct.
• If DHL does not deliver to your area, your order will be shipped via standard postal services.

CUSTOMS & IMPORT TAXES

• UNITED STATES: Please note that under current U.S. import regulations, buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees that may apply to their order.
• Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes and related charges.
• If a returned parcel is subject to import duties, taxes, or customs charges upon re-entry into Greece, any such charges will be deducted from your refund.
• Orders returned to us due to unpaid customs fees are not eligible for a refund.
• We are not responsible for delays or customs processing times caused by the carrier, but we will always assist you to the best of our ability.
