WHAT YOU RECEIVE

18"x24" seating chart poster has 150 names (15 tables) and the 24"x36" one has 200 name (20 tables) - you can add less and a few more, please try the demo first.

There is no import function available. All names must be manually entered.

All templates are meant to be printed in actual size - 100%. If you desire a different size for any template, send me a message, I can change it for you!


EASY EDITING
Personalize the wording, font, text color, and background color to better suit your event. You can even add your own photo for a unique touch. Edit within your web browser (desktop editing is recommended! Mobile and Tablet editing are not full-featured). No additional software required. Detailed instructions for editing will be included with your order.

• Graphics are not editable, the color, size and position of the artwork cannot be changed.
• The size of the cards and orientation cannot be changed.


HOME PRINTING
Download your template as a PDF with the ‘Show Bleeds’ and ‘Show Trim Marks’ options selected for easier trimming. Select ‘Save Paper’ to print multiple per page. Make sure your printers settings are set to '100%' or 'Actual size'. It is recommended to print on high-quality stock paper. For flat style cards, use card stock that is at least 110 lbs. Folded cards- print on 65lbs - 80lbs for easy folding. Test printing before the final print is recommended to ensure the desired output quality and layout.


PROFESSIONAL PRINTING
Send your PDF or JPG files to a print center such as FedEx, Office Max, Office Depot, Walgreens, Staples, etc. It's recommended to verify the print company's preferred format before sending your files. Typically, they may request files to be downloaded with the 'Show Bleed' option selected.
