Do you accept returns or exchanges on digital downloads? Can I request edits or custom changes after purchase? Do you send preview images before delivering printable files?

Due to the custom nature of the item we do not accept returns, exchanges or requests for alterations after delivery. We ask that you communicate any specific requests through our message conversation during the order process. We only know about a preference or request if you specify it in your message. We will always do our best to accommodate your requests! Do you send photos before you ship items? Due to the high volume of orders that we create and ship every day we are unable to send photos or create mock-ups before production and shipment. We do have a photo proof package listing for purchase if you are interested. We also sometimes share sneak peeks of customer items on our Instagram @simplyplanandprint

What if I don't respond to my photo proof or questions the seller has about a personalization?

If no response is received regarding custom order proofs or personalization, the order will be processed and shipped after 2 days to meet shop deadlines. Delays can occur with all shipping carriers, especially during holidays, and estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed. Orders may show as unscanned despite being shipped. While all shipments will eventually arrive, delivery timelines cannot be guaranteed. Orders delayed in transit cannot be refunded, canceled, or returned. For delayed deliveries, customers should contact both the shop and the carrier. Returns are not accepted due to shipping delays.

How do I make sure you match my color theme exactly?

The best way to make sure that your colors are matched as closely as possible is to send a) photos or b) links to items or colors that you're trying to match. You can send photo attachments or insert links in our message conversation both before and after you place an order.

Do you offer refunds on digital downloads or shipped products? Or under any circumstances?

There are no refunds since every item is custom. If an item breaks in shipment we have insured its value up to $100 and you can submit the claim to USPS online to have that insurance amount sent to you as a check in the mail. If you would like more than $100 of insurance please let us know at the time of purchase. Note that when submitting an insurance claim **You MUST have photos of the item and the box/packaging and you must retain the box/packaging to take to the post office if proof of damage is required. Shipping insurance MAY also require that the customer take the damaged item to a waste yard for disposal and obtain proof of disposal. **Note that any damage must be reported to our shop within 48 hours of the package arriving.

Do you offer rush delivery or expedited processing for digital or shipped orders?

All orders will be processed in our standard 3-10 business days. If you need it SOONER you can purchase the Rush Order Fee listing in our shop, and these items will be processed in 2 business days.

1-What if my package is delayed/lost in transit or stolen? 2- If a sale starts after I place my order will you refund the difference?

1-Simply Plan and Print is not liable for packages that are delayed in transit, lost by the shipping carrier, or stolen-- all circumstances which are beyond our control. Once we hand your item over to the shipping carrier it is their responsibility to deliver the item-- please contact the shipping carrier directly regarding delays or lost packages. If you suspect mail theft you can obtain the GPS coordinates of the last scan point from the shipping carrier and file a mail theft report with your local police department.-2-The price paid is the price of the item at the time of your order. For example, if the item is in a 10% off sale a week after you order we do not give back a refund.

Do I need a Canva account to edit my printable templates?

Yes, you will need to sign up with Canva to be able to access & edit templates that are purchased. You can sign up for Free or Pro.

What if my item is returned to the sender/seller after it's shipped?

If a customer's order is returned to the sender/seller for ANY reason the customer is responsible for paying for re-shipment.

What are the care instructions for this item?

For clothing items, please wash items inside out in cold water, do not bleach, do not dry clean, and do not iron directly on the design. What are the sizing details? What if it doesn't fit after I try it on? A detailed size chart is available in all listings. It is the buyer's responsibility to select the correct size.

For Digital Download Products - Do you accept return or cancellation? What if a clothing item I purchased does not fit after I try it on?

1-Due to the nature of the digital download file, no refund or cancellation can be offered.
