Seller's description

15% DISCOUNT when 3 or more items are ordered from FRAMETOWNE. Combined shipping applies, see more information at bottom of description.

This listing is for what is referred to in the framing industry as a "BLANK", that is, a mat with no inside cut. This can be used as a backing for artwork where you set the art on top of the blank, rather than having the mat surround the artwork with an inside cut.

Keep in mind that there should still be something to keep the glass from resting on your artwork, such as another mat around the outside, or plastic spacer made for this purpose. If you need this, please message me for more information.

Also useful for shadowbox framing, displaying objects set on top of the backing.

The mat is a double mat, wrapped around the outside edge and with another mat on the back for a professional finish.

FOR PRICING, PLEASE add two sides of the mat together, outer measurement, for example if you want a 16x20 Mat will be option "36" -- 16 plus 20

PLEASE choose the color linen you would like from the drop down menu, as well as the correct pricing option. If you need help, you can message me, I usually answer right away.

SHOWN IN PHOTO are White, and Natural.

in the PERSONALIZATION box I will need the EXACT size you want the overall mat to be (outside measurement).

****NOTE: MATS CAN BE CUT ANY SIZE outer and inner measurement, I need this information in order to fulfill the order!! Please keep in mind when measuring that mats usually come 1/4" over the edge of artwork or paper edges., your mat will be cut exactly the size you give me.****

NOTE: OUTER SIZE LIMIT FOR THIS LISTING IS 24" x 36".

BECAUSE THIS IS A CUSTOM listing, there are no returns, please double check all your measurements to make sure they are correct before submitting your order.

Don't see the color you want? I CAN ALSO CUSTOM WRAP A MAT WITH YOUR FABRIC, if you are interested in this, please message me for further information.

ALSO, COLORS VARY ON MONITORS, if you are unsure about color, you may want to order samples. I can send up to 6 samples for cost of shipping, (usually around $5), please send me a message with the colors you want and I will send you a reserved listing for the postage.
