How can I access (download) my psychic reading?

You can download your psychic reading from your Etsy purchase history. The easiest way to do this is by logging into your Etsy account from a desktop. If you need help, feel free to message me. I’ll gladly guide you through the steps. And if you have any trouble accessing your file, don’t worry. We’ll find an alternative way to get it to you.

How should I provide my details?

To ensure the highest level of clarity, please make sure your request in the Personalization Box is comprehensive, clear, and final. I process a high volume of complex requests daily. While I strive to read every message, I cannot guarantee that additional details or "afterthought" questions sent via Etsy messages will be integrated into your reading. It is your responsibility to provide all necessary context upfront. No re-reads or refunds will be granted if the delivered work follows your initial instructions but misses "extra" information sent in separate threads.

Can I ask follow-up questions after my reading?

I put a significant amount of love, soul, and meticulous care into every session. Every reading I deliver is a deep, exhaustive audit of your current trajectory, and I take immense pride in the thoroughness I bring to my clients. My goal is to leave you with total clarity. If new questions arise or you realize something was left unasked, please utilize my "Follow-up question" service. I do not provide additional insights or "quick clarifications" free of charge. My energy and schedule are strictly calibrated to maintain this high standard of work; if your situation requires additional depth beyond the initial scope, it requires a new booking.

A note on integrity & respect

Our Mutual Agreement: I maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abusive behavior, harassment, or "refund-fishing." I work exclusively with clients who value the truth and respect the sacred nature of this exchange. I am well-versed in identifying disingenuous patterns aimed at securing free labor. If you attempt to pressure me for a refund after a high-quality service has been delivered, or use a review as a tool for extortion, I will immediately report the incident to Etsy Support and decline all future business. If I genuinely missed a part of your original request, I will rectify it. If I delivered the truth and you simply weren't ready to hear it, the service stands as final.

Do you offer any refunds or cancellations?

Your energy and time are valuable, as are mine. If I haven’t begun the deep work on your reading and you’ve had a change of heart, I am happy to offer a replacement service or a full cancellation. However, please understand that due to the spiritual and systemic nature of this work, the exchange begins the moment I tune into your field. Once the process has started, no refunds will be issued. I invest my expertise, time, and vital energy into every session, and I do not provide my labor for free. Any decision to change your mind post-initiation is yours to make, but the service fee remains non-refundable.
