HOW TO PLACE AN ORDER?

❶ Answer the questions in the customization box:

1️⃣ Design Size: Specify the exact measurements (Width x Height) for the design to match the dimensions you plan to print for the backdrop.

2️⃣ Text: Specify the exact text you want on the backdrop. We only sell files with personalized names or photo.

3️⃣ Colors: Choose whether to change the colors or keep those shown in the original listing.

4️⃣ Include Your Photo?: Send it as an attachment via Etsy chat if needed.

❷ Place Your Order: Add the personalized product to your Etsy cart and proceed with payment.

★ ORDER PROCESSING ★

Within 24 hours (Monday to Friday) after purchasing the listing:

You will receive a proof of the design for approval via Etsy or email. Your purchase includes color customization and the inclusion of 3 photos at no additional cost. However, any additional elements you wish to include will incur a small extra fee.

Upon approval, we will send you a direct link to download your high-definition files directly from Etsy, along with a list of stores where you can print your designs at a low cost. If needed, we can also email the files to you.

Please respond promptly to our messages to avoid delays. If there is no response within 5 business days, we will upload the final files to Etsy and close the order.
