Which countries do you ship to?

We only ship to the United States (including territories and military addresses), Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Israel, Japan, South Korea, and Singapore. We can no longer make exceptions.

Do you take returns or exchanges?

We happily accept returns for any reason, you just have to let us know within three days of delivery, send the item back within seven days of delivery, and the item must be in the same condition in which it was sent. All tags need to be intact and item cannot have been worn except for trying on. We do not do exchanges, it's just easier to process a return then you can buy something else if you would like. Original postage is not refunded and buyer pays for return postage.

What if my package doesn't arrive?

It happens very rarely, but sometimes a package is lost by the carrier. All packages are insured, no matter the value or shipping method. We do wait to make sure that the package isn't just delayed. If the package is scanned as delivered but it's not with the rest of your mail, please check all possible places it could be. If it has been stolen, you will want to file a police report.

What if my item arrives damaged by the post office?

All packages are fully insured. If your item is broken, send a message, with clear photos of the damage, through Etsy conversations. We may ask for additional photos or information for the insurance claim. We don't begin the claim process until you send us a message; reviews are not messages.

Size: M US women's letter

Description: Unusual vintage jacket from the 1940s or 50s. Red wide wale corduroy. Two buttons at the upper front chest. There was originally a belt with this piece, but the belt is long gone. As you can see in one photo, you can nip in the waist with any coordinating belt you wish. Two shallow hidden side seam pockets. The sleeves seem to be a little wider at the wrist than the elbow.

Any condition issues or flaws to note?: Very nice condition. Missing the belt (loops still present). I don't see any other issues. No odors.

Material: Not noted. Feels like woven cotton. No give. Probably hand washable, but I would have it dry cleaned.

Length: 24.5" down center back
Sleeve length: can't measure due to cut, but there is about 3" in the sleeve hem that could be let out

Measurements for bust/chest, waist, and hips are taken across front and doubled. If there is any stretch to the fabric or if there is elastic I will note it. Dress form measures about 33-24-34 so items larger than that are usually pinned at the back. You MUST use the measurements given to determine fit and/or compare to a similar item you may already own. Unfortunately, I cannot tell you if an item will fit you or how it compares to your favorite label. Thanks!
