Custom and personalized orders

At Chub & Bug I fulfill many custom and personalized orders. In general, I do not accept returns for custom and personalized orders. Custom orders includes any print larger than 8x10, which is printed on demand specifically for the customer.

In general, I accept cancellations that I receive within 24 hours of purchase. After 24 hours, the item you purchased is either being processed or is already at a production printing lab and cannot be cancelled. Please be mindful when purchasing of this time frame.

In general, I do accept returns if notified withing 14 days after delivery of an item. However, I cannot accept returns for custom and personalized orders, which includes any print over 8x10. If you have ordered a print, I can also allow an exchange, so long as the exchanged print is the same size and material.

This book is just so amazing! The artist has created so many beautiful animals to color. I honestly didn't know which one to color first because I wanted to color all of them. Another great book from my favorite coloring book artist!
