Do you accept returns?

All sales are final, we do not accept returns. If we make an exception then a 20% restocking fee will be applied (from the order total, including shipping costs). The shipping fee you paid originally is non-refundable! Once approved you have 3 days to ship the order back in its original condition, and must provide us the tracking number. If the product is damaged upon receipt, all damages will be deducted from your partial refund. It is your responsibility to ensure safe and proper packaging on the items you are returning. Again, this only applies to approved returns and only if we make an exception for you (depends on circumstances). Thank you for your understanding!

What is your turnaround time?

My turnaround time is posted on each listing, please scroll thru the pictures. I offer "Rush - Priority Mail" during checkout in case you need your order quicker than Standard Mail. Please do not send me your event date, or a "need by" date. I don't look at those dates at all. What I look at is the "shipping method" you selected during checkout and nothing else. Standard Mail: Turnaround time is 2 - 4 business days for me to prepare and ship your order. USPS will usually need an additional 4 - 7 days to deliver it. Rush-Priority Mail: Turnaround time is 1 - 2 business days for me to prepare and ship your order. USPS will usually need an additional 2 - 4 days to deliver it. These are just estimates, not a guarantee! Thank you!
