Do you accept returns, exchanges, or changes after delivery?

As each veil is made individually especially for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or modification requests after delivery. That is why it is very important for us to confirm all details during the ordering process. Please make sure to share all your preferences in messages — we can only take into account the details that were communicated to us. We always do our best to consider your wishes and create a veil that perfectly complements your look on your special day 🤍

Do you offer refunds under any circumstances?

As most of our veils are made individually for you, refunds are not provided for custom orders. However, you may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it and receive a full refund. Important: • If you purchased an item from the “IN STOCK” category, we can accept a return within 14 days after delivery, provided the item has not been used and is returned in its original condition. • To review your request, you must provide photos of the item and the outer packaging. • The packaging must be kept for verification. Please contact us before returning the item — we will provide recommendations on how to pack it safely. • Any damage must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.

Will I need to pay taxes or duties upon delivery?

USA 🇺🇸 No additional taxes are required upon delivery. All necessary fees are paid by us during shipping and are already included in the order price. Europe 🇪🇺 In most cases, VAT is collected at checkout via Etsy. However, customs regulations vary by country, and additional local fees may occasionally apply. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility.

What should I do if my package is delayed, lost, or stolen?

Once the order is handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for delivery lies with the carrier. Unfortunately, we cannot control delays, loss, or theft, as these are circumstances beyond our control. In case of delay or loss, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly. If you suspect theft, you can: • Request GPS coordinates of the last scan from the carrier • File a report with your local police 🤍 Please also inform us — we always stay in touch with you until your order is delivered and will do our best to assist, check tracking updates, and guide you through the next steps. We never leave our brides alone with a problem ✨

Do you accept rush orders?

In some cases, we can speed up production, and we always offer express shipping for an additional fee. You can select express delivery at checkout. If you are unsure whether your order will arrive in time, please contact us before placing your order. We will gladly check timelines and suggest the best options for you 😊

My order didn’t arrive on time. Can I return it?

Our team recommends placing your order at least 5–6 months before your wedding, or as soon as you have your dress. Production & Shipping Times: • Custom veils: 7–14 days • “IN STOCK”: 1–2 days processing • USA delivery: 7–14 days • Europe delivery: 5–10 days Please note that ordering samples may require additional time. When following these timelines, your veil usually arrives about 1 month before the wedding. Short on time? We can help you choose the right color based on your dress photos and recommend express shipping if needed. Delays: Shipping delays may occur, especially during busy periods. As these are beyond our control, refunds for late delivery are not provided.

If a sale starts after I place my order, do you refund the difference?

The price of your order is fixed at the time of purchase. If a promotion or automatic discount starts later, we are unable to refund the price difference. Please note that discounts are often applied automatically by Etsy as part of marketing campaigns and cannot be adjusted for completed orders. We truly value every bride and aim to maintain a fair and transparent pricing policy 🤍

What happens after I place an order?

After your purchase, your personal manager will contact you to confirm all details (length, color, etc.). Then: • Your order is sent to production • After completion, we send you a tracking number • We monitor the shipment and keep you updated • After delivery, we follow up to ensure everything arrived safely We stay in touch with you at every step 🤍 Can I customize my veil? Yes ✨ We create veils individually with great attention to detail. Possible customizations include: • Custom length • Adding a blusher • Design adjustments • Custom shades • Additional elements • Removing the comb or replacing it with a plastic comb (standard is metal) Message us your idea, and we’ll let you know what’s possible and the cost.

Do you offer faster production?

Our standard production time is 7–14 business days. Items in the “IN STOCK” section are ready to ship within 1–2 business days. If you need your veil sooner, please contact us. We can: • Suggest ready-to-ship options • Check if faster production is possible You can also choose express shipping at checkout.

How can I be sure about the veil color?

You can: a) Send us photos of your dress b) Share a link to your dress We’ll help you choose the best match. Photos should be taken in good lighting (preferably natural daylight) and be high quality. c) You can also order samples to see colors in person and match them to your dress. How can I order samples? For some designs, we offer fabric samples so you can see the color and quality in person. This allows you to: • Compare shades • Check texture and transparency • Match it directly with your dress You can find sample listings in the “IN STOCK” section or message us — we’ll gladly send you the link.
