Read to the end...Let me start with the quality of the finished product. The product is beautiful, exactly what we wanted. The problem was communication. first, the original ad said the item was coming from Florida USA. In the end it was shipped from Pakistan and required payment of additional tariff cost, I feel I was lied to. Next, the estimated shipping date wasn't even close, the communication about that was deceptive at best. It was posted the item had shipped (they now say because they were trying to communicate that it was being processed) but it would not in fact ship for another month meaning I did not get the item in the time I needed it. all they had to do was say in the ad how long it would take to process and I might have felt better about the transaction. I will never order from this shop again. be careful
