Highlights

These 5” x 5” patches are stitched by hand using a variety of quality materials. The denim backing is from upcycled blue jeans so it’s nice and soft and a little stretchy.

I’ve used a variety of different kinds of thread including Japanese sashiko thread.

The fabrics are all cotton and include Japanese prints. All of the inner fabric edges have been overcast to prevent fraying but they still might fray slightly when washed.

The outer edges of the denim backing are mostly unfinished but a couple are machine zig-zagged. These can be used for actual patching or as decoration on clothing or backpacks or other items.

These are designed as sew-on patches but can be attached to your garment with fabric glue as well.
