How it works (simple)

Open the template and Make a copy to your Google Drive.
In the main table, add Session Name, Session Date, and Due Date.
Use the dropdowns in each step column to update progress.
The Priority List, KPIs, and Chart update automatically.

FAQ

Q: Can I customize the statuses/colors?
A: Yes, edit the dropdown list or color rules to fit your studio.

Q: Will new rows keep the dropdowns and colors?
A: Yes the instructions include how to add rows at the bottom so the formatting/validation flows down.

Q: How does “Late” work?
A: If "sent to client" is not completed by the due date it will turn red and mark it as past its Due Date; the priority list under "to be edited" also shows “Late by Xdays.”

Q: Does “Sent to Client” finish the job?
A: Setting Sent to Client to Completed/Sent marks the job done (greens the row’s step cells; N/A remains gray).
