✦ We do not accept exchanges. Exchanges are only available at shop owners sole discretion. Exchanges on applicable items must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and for loss in value if an item isn’t returned in original condition. The product must be returned in unused original condition, if it is not we are unable to process a exchange. Buyer is obliged to pay the return shipping cost as well as any other costs or fees that arise from the return. Processing time for a new size to be created if we do not have it in stock is up to 3 weeks.

Custom, Duties, & Taxes

✦ Buyer is responsible for paying any customs duties or taxes when their order arrives in their country. They must cooperate with local customs to ensure the payment is made for the order to be delivered. We are not responsible for how long an item stays in customs for.

✦ We ship with USPS to US customers. General shipping time is about 2-6 days once shipped and after processing. Tracking will be provided. ✦ We cannot control shipping times, lost packages, or delays once we hand package off to USPS. If delays or issues arise with shipping, please reach out to USPS directly.
