How do I fit my sticker

Use a dry cloth with warm water to clean the surface you are applying the decal to. Please make sure the surface is completely dry before applying the decal. Turn the decal over and rub back and forth with a dry cloth to ensure the decal transfers to the application tape. Now slowly peel the clear application tape off which will bring the decal with it. If any part of the decal doesn’t transfer then stop and slowly rub the reverse of the decal and continue to remove the application tape at the same time. Now apply the decal to the area and ensure it’s straight before applying it fully. Rub all over with a dry cloth to make sure it is stuck well to the surface. Now slowly remove the application tape leaving the decal behind.

Are vinyl stickers dishwasher safe?

No, stickers purchased anywhere are not safe for the dishwasher. Any items with a decal applied must be carefully hand-washed.

Quality is fine but I ordered 2 names of the same size (2 inches) for twins. They arrived as different font sizes and so looked very odd. Beware - the size is the total height of the name so if there is a hanging letter (y or j etc) then the whole font size is reduced to fit the chosen inches. I made contact to express the surprise at size difference but was greeted with argumentative frustration and at best ungracious customer service which was not resolved and I have reordered elsewhere, losing all the money spent. Product is fine and suitable condition to use if ordering one but note the above to save yourself a headache if ordering more than one! Technically my fault possibly but not clear, annoying and customer satisfaction was clearly not of concern.

Hi Helen, The size is clearly stated in the advert and you chose that size but still continued to argue the sizing? You sent pictures of the stickers with a ruler next to each showing the height of each sticker was correct so there was nothing to debate. However you continued to argue we had sent the wrong size. I'm not sure how we could ever come to a resolution with you as you were rude and just not being open to any form of discussion. The ruler doesn't lie and can't be argued with however you seemed to find a way. You finally admitted that you should have purchased a bigger size but you don't appear to have mentioned that here? You're too busy trying to bully our staff into giving you a refund for your own mistake.
