● Colours may vary slightly due to lighting in product photos.
● Orders cannot be refunded or exchanged once made, so please ensure all details, sizes, and colours are correct before placing your order.
● If you wish to modify an existing design, please contact us through the message box before ordering to confirm if changes are possible. Orders placed without prior approval for modifications will be shipped as is.
● If you enter an incorrect shipping address, contact us within 24 hours. We may be able to assist if the item has not yet been processed for shipping.

Upgrades:
● Backside Design Fee: For additional designs on the back of the shirt, purchase this upgrade (one fee per shirt).
● Shipping Fee: For updated shipping or returned packages, a new shipping label must be purchased.

Holiday Orders:
● Carrier delays may occur during holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas, Halloween). Order early to ensure timely delivery.
● We use USPS or UPS for shipping.
