I ship all packages via USPS First Class mail unless customer upgrades to Priority shipping at checkout. U.S. shipping generally takes 3-5 business days once the post office receives the package (please note this does not include shop's processing time). International orders generally take 2-4 weeks, depending on customs. Please note I can not guarantee delivery dates and the above are simply estimates. Please ensure shipping address is entered correctly at checkout; the shop will not be liable for packages going to an address that is entered incorrectly. Please make sure to double check shipping address before purchasing. If you would like to insure your package, please contact me prior to ordering and I will add that option for you!

Lost Package / Tracking Shows Delivered but I Have Not Received My Order

Once an item has left the shop, the shop cannot be held responsible for any lost, damaged or delayed packages. If an item is showing delivered but you have not received it, please contact USPS, and check with neighbors. If your tracking information is not updating or you have any other shipping issues, please contact USPS. USPS does not consider a domestic package to be lost until after 30 days. International orders are not considered lost until after 6 weeks. If your package is considered lost by the post office, please contact me at that time. You are always welcome to insure your package, please contact me prior to ordering and I will send you a custom link to purchase shipping insurance for your order.

When Will I Receive My Order?

You're always welcome to contact the shop for questions regarding ship time and I'm happy to provide an *estimate* but please note I cannot guarantee delivery dates once the order has arrived at the post office and am not responsible for shipping delays. Actual shipping time will depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout; if you need your order faster than standard First Class shipping I do offer Priority shipping options at check out. Please note shipping time does not include the time it takes me to process your order. My typical processing time is 5-7 business days.

Custom and personalized orders

I don't offer full design customization at this time but I'm always happy to customize a current design I offer in the shop to your city name or favorite sport! Please note I cannot use any trademarked terms or team names.

Questions About My Order

If you have questions regarding sizing, tank design, fabric, etc, please contact the shop BEFORE placing your order. Once an order has been placed I cannot edit the order and the order cannot be cancelled. As always, feel free to contact us with any questions you may have about the items, shipping, or care instructions.

While I do my very best to ensure each and every order is 100% accurate and free of flaws, I am a small, handmade business (and one woman show quite literally) and mistakes do happen. I list all measurements for my apparel items in the photo scroller of the listing. I recommend using these measurements against a similar item you already own to get an idea of the fit. I do also do my best to provide some fit guidelines based on my own personal experience wearing the items as well as feedback I receive from customers. Each item in my shop is handmade to order with love by me. I do use a variety of techniques; the majority of the products in the shop are created with a lightweight, stretch vinyl or a Direct to Film heat transfer and adhered with a professional heat press. If you have questions about a specific item please feel free to message me! My current processing time before shipping is 5-7 business days.
