To save paper, all packages does NOT include order invoice. Even if it's marked "Gift" or not. If you want to see the order invoice, you can always check under "Purchases and Reviews" for your order information if you need to confirm.

Each orders are cleansed and packaged with joy and love. Once you get them at home, you can cleanse your crystals by burning sage, palo santo, frankincense and other herbs/resins.

What if the necklace/jewelry breaks?

From a few customer's experience and very rare occasion, sometimes the cord breaks due to the friction when the rough edge of the stone rub against the cord. I will repair any jewelry free of charge if they break within 3 months of purchase. For beaded jewelry, please mail the beads to me. Please keep it mind that this offer is for the normal wear and tear of wearing the jewelry. If it may seem that the jewelry was intentionally tampered with then, the offer does not stand.

Please double-check that the shipping address is correct. Lost packages due to inaccurate address provided by buyer or non-receivable/non-deliverable addresses will not be refunded. In instances when the packages comes back to Chrizza and the package has to be sent to a correct address, it is the buyer's responsibility to let Chrizza know the correct address and for the new shipping fee before it can be re-sent. Please correspond to messages for this to happen. It is also the buyer's responsibility to respond to messages that needs certain documents for insurance purposes or for a USPS review case before a refund can take place.

International Shipping

Shipping outside the United States may take up to 4 weeks to be delivered. There may be delays due to custom so I ask for your patience and to cooperate on checking the package with your local post office. I am not responsible for delays due to customs holding your package. If the shipping address was incorrect, it is the buyer's responsibility for the second shipping cost for the packaged to be resend. Please cooperate on responding to messages.

This pouch necklace is like a basket, it's very roomy and allows you to hold multiple crystals inside. Choose between nylon or hemp and the length is adjustable.

This is an empty made-to-order macrame necklace, just push the knot above the holder and place your stones.

It can fit 1 large stone or 2-3 smaller stones that comes up with the dimensions 45mm x 42mm x 27mm (1.8 in x 1.7 in x 1 inch) to around 56mm x 40mm x 20mm (2.2 x 1.6 x 0.8 inch).

If you are looking for a quality net holder necklace for your crystals, you found the right place! Unlike waxed cords, the material I use will not flake off over time.

****Please be advised that stones smaller than 0.50 inch may fall through. Since this is a handmade item, the holes may differ slightly from each one. I suggest using stones at least 0.75 inch size all around.

Pull the two knots away to shorten.
Pull the string below the knots to lengthen.
Since this is a handcrafted item, the total longest length of the string varies from 30-34 inches and can be shortened to around 15-17 inches. There will be no excess string awkwardly hanging. This length is measured from one end to another like a circumference.
