When will my item(s) ship?

Orders usually ship within 4–6 business days, depending on workload. Please note: Priority Shipping does not automatically expedite order processing. You may message me to request faster handling, but I cannot guarantee it if other customers have placed earlier orders.

Domestic (U.S.) Orders: Free shipping is provided for all U.S. orders. Packages typically ship via USPS with tracking, depending on weight. Very light orders (usually under 10 beads or a few pieces) may ship via regular mail without tracking. Orders over $150 will require a signature upon delivery for security. If this is an issue, please contact me before or immediately after ordering to arrange an alternative. International Orders: Most international orders arrive within 2–5 weeks, depending on customs clearance and local postal services. Shipped via USPS First Class International or via Etsy's Global Express. Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes required by their country.

Items not received, but marked by the post office as 'Delivered':

Once an order is shipped, it is out of my control. If tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received it, please contact your local post office directly for assistance, as they can access GPS delivery data that I cannot.

When discounts are offered, discounts apply to the product total only, not shipping costs. Only one discount code per order. If you place multiple orders, I can combine shipping and apply a discount if your total meets the discount threshold. If you experience checkout issues with a discount code, please message me for help.

All bead sizes are listed in millimeters (mm). Photos are enlarged to show detail and color — they do not represent actual size. A caliper is a helpful tool if you’re new to jewelry making. I use macro photography to capture color, details, texture as accurately as possible. Colors may appear slightly different depending on natural light, studio lighting, or device screen settings. “Pieces” means individual beads. Some listings display strand quantities, but I ship beads loose to reduce bulk and protect them during transit.

Returns and Cancellations

Returns: Accepted within 14 days of delivery (domestic orders only). Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued once returned items are received in their original condition. Cancellations: Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. BUT once received, you can mark on the package 'Return to Sender' - without opening the package, and the post office will return it at no charge. Once opened, you are responsible for shipping fees. If opened and you wish to return an item after receiving it, please message me. You’ll be responsible for return shipping and must provide a tracking number for your return.

Color Variations & Handmade Characteristics

Are colors exactly as shown in photos? I use natural and studio lighting to capture color and detail as accurately as possible, but variations may occur due to lighting, monitor settings, and the handmade nature of Czech glass. Each bead is beautifully unique.
