Are the pens refillable?

Yes! All pens can be refilled with 7mm cross style ink refills. You can find them for sale in my shop or at your local office supply store.

What if my badge reel breaks?

The AVERAGE lifespan of a reel is 3-4 months. However, there are many factors when it comes to the durability of badge reels. Their lifespan depends on how often and how they are physically being used. Based on these factors they can have a shorter lifespan or vice versa. Blessed Bear Boutique is not responsible for common wear and tear damage and will only guarantee hardware for 14 days.
