If customization is available, you'll see an option to add your details before adding to your cart. Q: Can I see a proof before my order is made? A: At this time, I don’t provide digital proofs, but I always make sure designs are aligned and centered before production. Q: How do I enter my personalization details? A: When applicable, there will be a personalization box at checkout. Double-check spelling and details, as I create exactly what is entered. Q: Can I request a design change on an item? A: Small changes may be possible! Message me before placing your order to discuss any modifications.

Sizing FAQ – LuluBel Design Studio Q: How do I know what size to order? A: A size chart is included in the photos section of each listing. Please check these measurements carefully before ordering to ensure the best fit. If you’re between sizes, I recommend sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Q: Do your shirts and sweatshirts run true to size? A: Fit may vary depending on the style and brand. Please refer to the size chart in the listing for accurate measurements. Q: Do you offer plus sizes? A: Yes! Many of my shirts and sweatshirts are available in extended sizes. Check the size options in the dropdown menu for availability. Q: How do I measure myself for the best fit? A: Lay your favorite shirt and measure armpit to armpit for sizing.

Wash & Care Instructions – LuluBel Design Studio Q: How should I wash my apparel to keep it looking great? A: For best results, wash inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low heat or air dry to preserve the design and fabric quality. Q: Can I iron my shirt/sweatshirt? A: Avoid ironing directly over the design. If needed, turn the garment inside out and use low heat or place a cloth between the iron and the design. Q: Will my shirt shrink in the wash? A: Some slight shrinkage may occur, especially with 100% cotton items. To minimize shrinkage, wash in cold water and air dry or tumble dry on low.

Gift wrapping and packaging

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging for orders? A: Since all my items are made-to-order through through a third party printer, gift wrapping is not available at this time. Feel free to message me if you have more questions. 😊
