Some of our items are listed for customization or personalization. However, if you don't see a color shirt you want or you'd like to make changes to a design, please message us for customization and we will see if we can make it work for you!

We highly suggest looking at the sizing chart and comparing measurements with a shirt you currently own before placing an order. We sell different brands of shirts so please look at the listing description before purchasing for fit details as well. Some customers prefer the Comfort Color tees for an oversized look. For these tees we highly suggest sizing up one or two sizes. Regarding baby bodysuits, all babies are different sizes so we highly suggest referring to the sizing chart and comparing a bodysuit your infant is currently wearing with the measurements on the chart. For example, a 2 month old measuring in the 90th percentile on the growth chart, will not fit in a Newborn size. We would recommend going up to a 6M size.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We do not offer gift wrapping or packaging at this time.

I got the wrong shirt size, can I return it for a different size?

Unfortunately, our shirts are made to order thus we do not take returns. At Oak and Olive we pride ourselves in customer satisfaction, so if you don’t love your item, please send us a message and let’s see how we can make it right.

I purchased an item by mistake or my item didn't get here in time. Can I get a refund?

Unfortunately, our shirts are made to order thus we do not offer refunds. We do our very best to ship within the time frame mentioned upon purchasing. I ordered shirts in a group order but my friend’s size large is a bigger print than my size small shirt. Why is this?

Yes, this is due to print scaling. Because your print area is a smaller area your design will be smaller. Your friend’s print area is bigger so her design will be bigger.
