Providing us with reference pictures of the hair, face, clothing and accessories should be enough. No need to worry if you have any more questions since you will be contacted and further informed after we receive your order!

The dolls are NOT washing machine safe. Please send me a picture of the doll if it ever gets dirty, and I will tell you what should be done. Besides these, the dolls are collectibles and NOT TOYS. They are fit to be displayed and not to be played with.

Can I accessorise my doll?

Yes! Accessories definitely complement the dolls. Please tell me what you have in mind, and we can discuss it. You can add your wishes to the personalization box on the order page and you can choose from different variations too!

Can I request certain items such as bags, shoes, hats or tiaras?

Of course you can! Items like these help greatly with customization. An extra item comes with a 10$ fee. Please contact me with a picture for more details.

Can the dolls be placed in a seated position?

The dolls have a bendable wire skeleton inside so you can position them however you like.

How long will it take for my doll to be made?

Depending on the difficulty, about a week.

Can I order a doll that is a specific person or character?

Of course! Whatever you imagine! Just message me about it!

What are the dolls made of? What materials are used in the making?

For our amigurumi dolls, we use yarn and bendable wire as a skeleton. The custom gothic doll has a resin head and a fabric body stuffed with fiber. For paint, I use acrylic and soft pastels
