If you want to have something special - gift wrap or a small note - just let us know via convo. As for packaging all of our products have special package.

Will I need to pay any duty or customs fees?

✅ USA No worries, you don't need to pay anything extra. Although the U.S. has added a 10% import duty on Ukrainian goods, we cover this cost for you. ✅ EU & UK As long as your order is under €150, VAT is already collected at checkout by Etsy, so you won't need to pay it again. 👉 Please keep in mind, though, that some countries may still apply additional customs fees, import taxes, or duties. These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are set by local regulations. If you ever have questions, I'll be happy to assist.

The time we need to prepare an order for shipping is 1-5 business days. But usually we do everything possible to send your order ASAP. Please NOTICE that we prepare and ship orders only on BUSINESS days from Monday to Friday, NOT including weekends.

Shipping & Delivery time & Delays

Standard shipping takes at least 10-15 business days to Europe, 8-14 business days to USA, 10-18 days to Latin America, the Caribbean and Asia. To Canada, Australia, New Zealand - 10-15 business days. International shipping is unpredictable and delays happen at the customs. For international orders, once the package has left the Ukraine, it becomes a subject to your local post office. Please double check your spelling on order details as I am not responsible for mistakes on order details supplied by the buyer such as spelling errors. Postage and packing charges are not refundable unless it's due to an error on our part. Shipping fees are non-refundable for refused or undelivered parcels.

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes! However, at this time, it is only available on select products. If your order qualifies, you will see "DHL Priority Shipping" as an option during checkout. It takes 6-10 business days.

How can I return/exchange my order?

We accept returns and exchanges on items that are not personalized and not on clearance within 30 days of your receipt of the package. Exchange can NOT be proceeded until we receive the original product in good condition. In case of returning the product back to us, a refund will be processed WHEN the product is received by us in good condition. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs if the item is exchanged. ❌Personalized products can NOT be returned or exchanged due to the nature of these items.

How can I remove the map from the wall?

You will only need a manual hairdryer, some time and patience to cope. Direct the airflow between a Map piece and the wall, wait a bit and remove them one by one. Watch the video to see how it's done: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=B6UKXXtSnME Still, we cannot guarantee that your wall will remain completely unmarked after you take off the Map, this depends on the wall and its surface, the duration of the Map being displayed, air temperature, humidity, etc. The possible damages of the wall cannot be covered by the warranty. Please pay attention and consider.
