For orders to 🇺🇸 🇬🇧 🇦🇺 🇩🇪 🇫🇷 and all EU countries, shipping and customs are fully covered — no extra costs for you. For other countries, import duties or taxes may apply depending on your local customs rules. These charges are set by your country and are the buyer’s responsibility. From the United States. Will I have to pay new customs duties or taxes because of the August 2025 rule changes?

No. Even with the new U.S. customs rules, we ship all orders to the U.S. on a Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) basis. This means the price shown at checkout is the final price — it already includes delivery, duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees. You will not receive any additional bills when your order arrives.

We want you to be happy with your order! If you are not fully satisfied with our delivered goods, you have the right to return them — except for custom or personalized items. The item must be in perfect condition, include the original labeling. Items should be shipped out within 14 days from receiving them. Please pack this frame really well because couriers are tossing packages very hard. Kindly note that buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. I will process your refund as soon as I receive the returned item in good condition. Kindly share the tracking number once you have shipped it. However, if there is any issue with your order, please contact us first and we will always do our best to help.

Damaged or Problem Orders

If your order arrives damaged or there is any issue, please contact us as soon as possible of delivery and include clear photos of: • the product • the packaging • the shipping label This helps us resolve the situation quickly.

We ship worldwide! Europe (standard): 4–5 business days Europe (Express DHL): 1-3 business days USA, Canada, Australia: 1-4 business days If you would like to receive your order early, please select Express Shipping at checkout! Or best solution please contact us. We work with trusted international shipping partners us DHL, UPS, FEDEX and do our best to ensure safe and timely delivery. Delivery times are estimates and may occasionally be affected by customs or courier delays.

TV frame processing time

All KINGTVFRAME TV frames are handmade and made to order according to the customer’s TV model, size, and selected frame model. Processing time is 2-5 days. We do our best to prepare your order as quickly as possible. REMEMBER: production and shipment are two completely different processes. Each process has its own term.

Our TV frames are made from Solid Pine Wood moldings. Natural variations in wood grain, texture, or tone may occur and are part of the material’s character.

About sensors and Art mode

Yes, our frames and all custom frames will cover the TV sensor. The only frames that typically do not cover the sensor are the original super-slim frames from Samsung. However, I can tell you that 99% of users do not actually use the sensor functions. Good news: KINGTVFRAME frames are designed with small internal cut-outs so your TV works perfectly when the remote is paired in Bluetooth mode. In this case, the infrared sensor is not needed and Art Mode continues to function normally. We provide simple instructions to help you pair your remote via Bluetooth so everything works smoothly.

Do I need to take the TV off the wall?

No. You need to simply place the frame onto your TV.

❗The sensor cover the frame, but good news is that remote will work since it uses bluetooth connection and in this case infrared sensor isn’t needed and the Artwork modes and the TV remote will function normally.
