Yes! We are happy to take customized and personalized orders. Please message us and we would love to help.

All sizing details are included in each listing. We include photos of size charts to help you find the perfect fit. We recommend measuring your favorite tee or shirt and comparing to the size chart when you are unsure. All shirts and sweatshirts are unisex sizing.

What if I need my order by a certain date?

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks in advance for a special event. We partner with a professional print vendor, so we cannot guarantee delivery dates. Production is 2-5 business days and shipping is 2-5 business days. If you need by a certain date, please reach out to me PRIOR to placing an order. I cannot issue refunds for orders that are delivered within the estimated timeframe given at checkout.

Can I cancel/make changes to an order once submitted?

We work very quickly on our orders to ensure the fastest shipping possible, and some of our items are sent directly into production once an order is placed. We cannot accept cancellations and guarantee any change requests after orders are submitted, so please ensure all information is correct (address, size and color selections, and any personalization spelling)

Do you have expedited shipping?

No there are no standard expedited shipping options. Production is 2-5 business days and shipping is 2-5 business days

Can I get this design on a different item?

Yes! We would love to help and find you an item you are looking for. Reach out to us if you don't see the option you are looking for and we will help :)

What printing method do you use?

We partner with professional print vendors who use a DTG (Direct to Garment) print where the ink is printed directly into the garment. No peeling or cracking like vinyl methods.

- Turn inside out and machine wash cold on delicate cycle - Dry on low heat setting - Do not bleach - Do not dry clean - Do not iron directly on design

What to do if there is an issue with my order?

Please reach out to us within 5 days of receiving your order so that we can investigate the issue and provide a solution. While, we do not take returns/exchanges/refunds, I want to ensure that you are satisified with your purchase!
