Customer service rep was great in helping me out when ordering the purse. However, the handbag was all bunched up and stuffed in a thin shipping bag and the leather handle was all bent out of shape upon arrival. I ended up not keeping the purse and giving it away. Wasn’t about to carry a damaged/defective item around.

Due to shipping in a flyer bag, the strap may have had some temporary creases, but these marks naturally smooth out with use over time.
