How long will it take to get my package?

It depends on the product. I do my best to get everything out in a timely manner. Once a package is dropped off I am not responsible for any lost/stolen packages or delays. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact usps and file a claim. No refunds will be given if the package says arrived.

Wholesale availability

I do wholesale orders. However, all custom and wholesale orders are charged for listing and Etsy fees based on the order value. Discounts are given for bulk orders, but there is a longer processing time because everything is handmade. I will gladly inform you of these times before you purchase. I love collaborating and am open to new adventures! Wholesale availability varies on product. Please note wholesale is on orders that are 1,000 pieces + for Kandi and 200 pieces + for perlers.

Can I have a shipping upgrade?

Yes. The customers do have the option for an upgrade at checkout! However, if you request an upgrade on an order over $35 so that you get free shipping, you will NOT get that upgrade. For orders over $35 in which the customer wants an upgrade, the customer is responsible for that payment. I do my best to respond quickly, so please message me with any questions or if you do want a shipping upgrade for orders $35 and over.

Oh no! Something is wrong with my order!

Don’t worry! If I have made a mistake, I am happy to fix it and make everything right. I am human, and we all make mistakes! If there is something wrong with the product I will need to see proof of the damage/imperfections. Please message me before a review is made in order to get a refund or replacement :) I make everything myself so I have an idea of what each order looks like. Please message me and I can help you out.

I put in the wrong address

If the buyer puts in the wrong address, their order will be cancelled and they will have to reorder with the correct address. This eliminates any confusion about the address. Please message me as soon as possible if this applies to you.

Do custom listings cost more?

Yes. When I have to create listings, there are extra Etsy fees involved. Because of that depending on the extra involvement on my part and fees, I do charge a listing fee. Please message me with what you had in mind and I will be able to give you a quote!
