🔥 Heat Transfer Instructions:
1. Preheat the garment for 15 seconds to remove moisture, then let it cool
2. Set your heat press to 280–300°F (155–160°C) at 70 PSI or 6 KG pressure
3. Iron the fabric to remove any wrinkles
4. Position the transfer face up on the garment and cover with greaseproof paper (never press directly!)
5. Press for 15 seconds
6. Let cool for 15 seconds, then peel carefully from a corner
7. If not fully transferred, repress for 10 seconds
8. Once peeled, cover again with greaseproof paper and press for an additional 6 seconds
