You can download your reading directly from your purchase history. I provide clear instructions to make it easy and I’ll make sure you can access your file. If you run into any issues, I’m happy to help in several ways, including sending the reading via message, creating a new download link, or sharing screenshots. Do I offer refunds or cancellations?

Yes, if your reading hasn’t been delivered yet I can cancel and refund your order if you change your mind. Once a reading is delivered refunds aren’t usually offered, but your satisfaction is important to me.
