This primarily includes: 1) Insects from butterfly or insect farms (the source of the vast majority of our specimens); 2) Deceased insects found in the wild by collectors; 3) Specimens from scientific or educational projects. We strictly oppose the unethical harvesting of wild and endangered species for the purpose of collecting and guarantee that our practices are environmentally friendly.

How should I care for and maintain my insect specimen?

Proper care will ensure your specimen remains beautiful for years to come. Please follow these simple tips: Avoid Direct Sunlight: UV rays will cause colors to fade. Display your specimen away from direct sunlight. Control Humidity: A very damp environment can promote mold. Please keep the display area dry. Prevent Physical Shock: Hang the frame on a secure wall and avoid frequent movement or impact. Cleaning: Occasionally, you can use a soft brush (like a makeup brush) to very gently dust the specimen. Never use any chemicals or cleaning products.

How are the specimens packaged to prevent damage during shipping?

The case is then placed in a appropriately sized, reinforced cardboard box, surrounded by ample cushioning material (like bubble wrap or foam peanuts) to eliminate any shifting during transit.
