⚠️ IMPORTANT SIZING & ORDERING INFORMATION

MULTIPLE ROWS: For multiple-row decals, select the TOTAL HEIGHT of ALL rows combined—not the height of individual letters or rows. If multiple rows aren't requested and your text won't fit on one row, we may arrange it on multiple rows.

PRICING: Prices are for ONE SOLID COLOR with NO BACKGROUND and are based on the TOTAL SIZE OF THE ENTIRE DECAL, not individual letters. Additional colors, backgrounds, and outlines are available for an extra fee.

SIZING: Decals are cut at the exact size selected. Font proportions and spacing vary, so the final length depends on your text, font, and size. Length can be adjusted somewhat, but excessive stretching or compression can affect the appearance and readability.

Need a specific width, length, proportion, or size? Please contact us BEFORE ordering. We're happy to help with sizing or provide the length-to-height ratio for your chosen font.

⚠️ We cannot refund or replace decals due to sizing or proportion issues when specific dimensions or proportions were not requested before ordering.

ORDER CLARIFICATION: If your order needs clarification, we'll contact you. If we don't receive a response by the ship-by date, the ship-by date will be extended once. If we still don't receive a response by the end of the extension, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

👀 PROOFS

Proofs are available upon request only. Please request one when ordering if you'd like to see your design before production.

🛒 HOW TO ORDER
1️⃣ Enter Your Custom Text

Type your text exactly as you want it to appear. Check spelling, capitalization, punctuation & spacing.

We copy and paste directly from your order, so mistakes in your submitted text will appear on your decal.

2️⃣ Choose Your Font & Color

Select your preferred font and color.

If a color from our color chart isn't available in the dropdown, choose a similar color and specify the color you want in the personalization box.

Example:
Text: @JPODecals • Font: #178 • Color: Matte White

3️⃣ Select Your Height

Choose a height from 0.5"–22".

For multiple rows, remember to select the TOTAL HEIGHT of all rows combined.

📐 QUICK SIZING GUIDE

To estimate the length of your decal:

Length ÷ Height = Ratio

Example: 2" long ÷ 0.5" tall = 4× ratio

So approximately:

1" tall = 4" long
2" tall = 8" long
3" tall = 12" long
4" tall = 16" long

Height × Ratio = Estimated Length

This is only an estimate—different fonts have different proportions.
