Once your purchase is complete, you can download your files instantly from your Etsy account > Purchases & Reviews. If you have any issues accessing them, feel free to message me!

Can I edit the files?

Yes! Many of my printables are editable using Canva or Adobe Acrobat Reader (for PDFs). Please check the product description to see if your item is editable and what software is required.

Can I print the files at home?

Absolutely! You can print at home or use a local print shop. For best results, I recommend printing on high-quality paper or cardstock.

Do you offer refunds or exchanges?

Since these are digital downloads, I cannot offer refunds or exchanges. However, if you have any issues with your file, please reach out, and I’ll be happy to assist!

Can I use these files for commercial purposes?

All designs are for personal use only. You may print them as many times as you like for yourself, but reselling or distributing them is not allowed.

I need a small customization. Can you help?

I’m happy to make small edits! Just send me a message before purchasing, and I’ll let you know if it’s possible.

What if I don’t receive my files?

If you don’t see your downloads after purchase, check your email confirmation or go to Etsy > Purchases & Reviews to download them. If you still have trouble, feel free to message me.

How often do you add new designs?

I’m constantly working on new ideas, so I try to add fresh designs regularly! I drop new listings every few days, so there’s always something new to discover. If you like my work, be sure to favorite my shop to stay updated whenever I release new designs! 😊
